Club Rules & Notices

Dear Parents

Whilst the Dilmun Club Staff and Committee take every opportunity to keep your children safe while in the Dilmun Club, parent / guardian supervision of children is required at all times and the Dilmun Club and or staff are not responsible for your children’s well being

  • All equipment, play areas and swimming pools used at own risk

  • Proper attire including footwear to be worn

  • Food and beverages to be consumed responsibly

  • First aid boxes are located in all F&B outlets & reception

  • Staff are trained in basic first aid and CPR techniques

Member & Guest Entrance Rules

  • Members must have a valid Membership Card to enter the Dilmun Club 

  • Members must swipe or produce their card at reception for entrance to be allowed

  • Members can sign in a maximum of 2 guests 

  • Guests may not enter the Club without the signing Member present 

  • Reciprocal Members must show a valid Membership Card before entry to the Dilmun Club

  • Reciprocal Members may sign in one guest only 

  • Last entrance to the Club is strictly 12am midnight 

  • The Dilmun Club Management, Reception and Security reserve the right at any point to refuse entrance to a Member or Guest. Once the Decision is made it will not be reversed and will be discussed in detail in a meeting with the Management and Committee at a later date if necessary.

Bulls Head Rules

General Rules

  • No swimwear or used sportswear 

  • No wet clothing 

  • Adequate clothing must be worn at all times – No shirtless or topless


Children in the Bulls Head

  • Children must be accompanied at all times by a parent / guardian 

  • Children 14 and above are allowed in the Bulls Head with their parent / guardian during normal opening hours 

  • Children under the age of 14 must not be in the Bulls Head after 8pm 

  • No sounds on iPads, phones or gaming devices etc. headphones must be worn for sound

  • Children under 21 are not allowed at the Bulls Head Bar counter

  • Children under 21 are not allowed past the central column with ‘’no children beyond this point’’ sign 

  • CHILDREN ARE THE RESPONSABILTY OF THE PARENT / GUARDIAN AND NOT THAT OF THE STAFF OR OTHER ADULTS. NOT FOLLOWING THE ABOVE RULES OR LACK OF CONTROL OF CHILDREN MAY RESULT IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE OUTLET OR PREMISIS

Playground Rules

  • All Children must be under the supervision of their parent / guardian 

  • All equipment used at own risk

  • Proper attire including footwear to be worn

  • Food and beverages to be consumed responsibly

  • No pushing or shoving 

  • No ‘rough’ play will be tolerated 

  • Only one person on a swing at a time 

  • Only one person on a slide at a time 

  • Slide must be used in the sitting or on back position 

  • First aid boxes are located in all F&B outlets & reception

  • Staff are trained in basic first aid and CPR techniques

  • NO GLASS OR SMOKING PERMITTED IN CHILDRENS PLAY AREA 

  • Parents – Please ask your children to show consideration to other children, especially those younger or smaller

Squash Court Rules

  • Adult supervision of children is required at all times

  • Use at own risk

  • This facility can be booked at reception

  • Organized events take precedence over individual play

  • Proper attire including footwear to be worn

  • Proper non-marking squash balls to be used

  • No food or beverages to be taken onto court

  • Help keep this facility tidy

  • First aid boxes are located in all F&B outlets & reception

  • Staff are trained in basic first aid and CPR techniques

  • Turn lights and air conditioners off after use and return key to reception

Swimming Rules

  • No lifeguard on duty

  • Shower before entering

  • Children under 8 must have adult 

  • Supervision at all times

  • No alcohol or glass permitted in the pool

  • No food allowed in the pool

  • No running or rough play

  • Diving only in the deep end

  • No spitting or blowing of nose in pool

  • Non-toilet trained children must wear appropriate diapers

  • Appropriate swimming attire must be worn

  • Management reserves the right to refuse pool entry at any time

  • Use of pool is entirely at own risk

Water Slide Rules

  • Adult supervision of children is required at all time

  • AGE 4 – 12 Only

  • REMOVE YOUR SHOES

  • DO NOT ENTER WITH FOOD OR BEVARAGES

  • STRICTLY ONE RIDER AT A TIME 

  • Use at own risk

  • Do not bounce against the walls

  • Wait until landing area is clear before entering the slide 

  • Slide in a sitting position or on back only 

  • Do not attempt to stop on the slide 

  • Leave the plunge area immediately 

  • Non-Swimmers not permitted

  • Do not use if you have any neck or back problems 

  • Remove all sharp objects from pockets 

  • Remove any valuables before entering 

  • Parents – Please ask your children to show consideration to other children, especially those younger or smaller.

Bouncy Castle Rules

  • Adult supervision of children is required at all time

  • AGE 4 – 12 Only

  • REMOVE YOUR SHOES 

  • DO NOT ENTER WITH FOOD OR BEVARAGES 

  • Use at own risk

  • Do not bounce against the walls

  • Do not attempt somersaults

  • Do not use if you have any neck or back problems 

  • Remove all sharp objects from pockets
