Employee Awards
The Dilmun Club values its hardworking and loyal staff who each day carry out their duties in order to make the Club as enjoyable as possible for its Members. Recognising and rewarding the contribution that our staff make to the success of the Club is vitally important.
The Employee Awards is a set of reward schemes created in order to ensure staff receive suitable recognition for both their efforts and their dedication. There are currently three schemes in operation:
Employee of the Month Award
One employee is chosen every month as “employee of the month”. The employee needs to have demonstrated initiative and/or actions “above and beyond the call of duty”. Nominations are made by managers, supervisors and superiors. These nominations are reviewed by the Management team and the most deserving candidate for the month is chosen.
The successful candidate receives a cash reward and a certificate presented by the Management team every month and has their picture displayed in the Club.

Employee of the Year Award
At the end of every year an “employee of the year” is chosen by the Membership from the twelve employees of the month by ballot.
The successful candidate receives a cash reward, a certificate and a coloured waistcoat presented by the Chairman in front of the Membership at the Annual General Assembly. They also have their picture displayed in the Club.

Long Service Awards
Employees who have shown dedication and loyalty to the Club are rewarded via this scheme. Certificates and cash awards are given after 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25 years of service. These are presented by the Chairman in front of the Membership at the Annual General Assembly. They also have their picture displayed in the Club.
